Neil "Ox" Denton was born in Jamaica, West Indies and raised in the Bronx, New York. Raised by his mother and grandmother, he went to Catholic School in his early education years. In 1996 he graduated from St. John's University and went on to pursue his Master's from Howard University. Although he loves D.C., New York will always be his home.
